The urban façade of Los Jazmines uses traditional elements of Panama's climate; large balconies, awnings and large roof overhangs which establish the façade's elegance.  A modern project program in a modern neighborhood, the elements in this traditional Panamanian façade as a mixed-use building its program includes shops and offices on the first two floors and eight apartments on the next two floors.  Over the parking, which includes bike parking, an internal patio adorns the rear view apartments and allows natural ventilation to be part of the ambience for the building tenants.

The project is part of a revitalization movement of the Ciudad Radial neighborhood whose influx of new commercial development has raised the demand for residential units.
